TechNet, the preeminent bipartisan political network of Chief Executive Officers and Senior Executives of leading U.S. technology companies, retained Content First to produce needed research support for its recent policy report on Green Technology.

On March 14, 2007, Technet unveiled its comprehensive policy recommendations, Green Technologies: An Innovation Agenda for America, to spur the development and adoption of new technologies to improve energy efficiency, encourage use of renewable energy, and protect the environment. Content First worked with TechNet to supply it with objective data on green technologies and innovations.
